Hotel overlooked garden and the room was comfortable. Fairly friendly and nice staff, as it had to be. Its location relatively close to an old church was good and marvellous. This property was in a nice area just next door to the airport and taxi. The stay was nice.

The decoration at this hostel is absolutely charming, with beautiful traditional artwork and cozy seating areas where you can relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The general areas are clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people to move around and feel comfortable. Plus, the hostel is conveniently located near popular points of interest, making it accessible for older guests like myself.
I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could provide a bit more assistance with luggage or any other needs we may have.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. the breakfast had a nice variety of options and there was always tea available. the location was great, with amazing restaurants and viewpoints nearby.
The bathroom was a bit cold and the door didn't close properly, causing the room to be chilly. There was some noise from neighboring rooms and the walls were thin, which made it hard to sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even taking care of our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were thick. We enjoyed complimentary water bottles on the first day. The breakfast had a decent variety, including cooked eggs. The hotel had a cozy lounging area with a kitchenette and a dining table, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.
